For the reasons stated above, Defendants Brooks and NI Group's motions to dismiss under Fed. R. Civ . P. 12(b)(2) are granted. Defendants' motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim are also granted. Plaintiffs will file any Amended Complaint by April 30, 2014.
