Filing 54 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 33 FIRST MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Karen Loughery, 36 CROSS MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Future Century Limousine, LLC. Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on liability is granted in pa rt and denied in part, as set forth above. Future's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiffs claims is granted in part and denied in part as set forth above. Future's motion for summary judgment as to the cross-claims of Shadys and Swift i s denied. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate the motions (Dkt. Nos. 33 and 36). The parties are directed to comply with this Court's Individual Rules concerning the preparation of a pre-trial order. The joint pre-trial order will be filed on November 15, 2013. Motions in limine, voir dire requests, and requests to charge are due on November 15, 2013. Responsive papers, if any, are due on November 22, 2013.
