Filing 28 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION re: 15 MOTION for Summary Judgment, filed by Erik Bonsignore, City of New York. Plaintiff Mohammed Liaket Ali, a mobile food vendor licensed by the City of New York, brings this action against police officer Erik Bonsignore a nd the City pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state law for false arrest and deprivation of property without due process of law. The matter is before the Court on defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. For the fore going reasons, defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint [DI 15] is granted to the extent that all claims against defendant Bonsignore and the Monell claim against the City of New based on the alleged unconstitutional arrest are dismissed.
