All of Plaintiffs claims are hereby dismissed with prejudice.Furthermore, Mr. Schatkin is ORDERED to show cause in writing, on or before January 25, 2012, as to why he should not be sanctioned under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(c) in the form of (1) a payment in the amount of legal fees he has received from his client in this case, which amount he shall indicate by representation to the Court, to be r eturned to the client, or (2) a payment in the amount of attorneys fees and expenses incurred by Defendants since Mr. Schatkins appearance in this case.The Clerk of Court is directed to close the Motion at Docket Number 24 and to terminate this case.
