July 16, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 41 AMENDED OPINION & ORDER: For the aforementioned reasons, the Bankruptcy Court's February 22, 2011 Opinion is AFFIRMED IN PART and REVERSED IN PART. The Bankruptcy Court's holding that Barclays is not entitled to the 15c3-3 Assets is AFFIRME D; the Bankruptcy Court's finding that Barclays is entitled to the Clearance Box Assets is AFFIRMED; the Bankruptcy Court's holding that Barclays is not entitled to the Margin Assets--and the award of prejudgment interest from Barclays to t he Trustee thereon--is REVERSED. Accordingly, Barclay's appeal is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART and the Trustee's cross-appeal is DENIED.
