Harris may file an amended complaint no later than January 13, 2012 addressed to his removal from the Seminary premise s in September 2011. Failure to do so will result in this case being dismissed in its entirety. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
