MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court has considered all the remaining arguments of the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed above, they are either moot or without merit. For the foregoing reasons, the plaintiffs state law claims in Vi ncent I are not reinstated. Accordingly, only the plaintiffs FDCPA claim remains in Vincent I. Some state law claims remain in Vincent II. The plaintiffs do not request that the Court restore the plaintiffs FDCPA claim in Mazzei v. The Money Store, 01 Civ.5694. As a result, the plaintiffs' claims in Mazzei are unaffected by the decision of the Court of Appeals in Vincent I. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge John G. Koeltl on 3/18/2014) (kgo)

Moss Codilis' Motion for Summary Judgment is denied as to the Garridos and granted as to Gutierrez and Vincent. Barclays' Motion for Summary Judgment is granted as to all plaintiffs.
