OPINION AND ORDER re: 70 MOTION for Summary Judgment Corrected Notice of Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, filed by E.I. Du Pont De Nemours and Company. As noted, the instant litigation has engendered both an extensive record and a surfeit of briefing. The Court has reviewed all of this information and argument with great care over many months, and has concluded that, as to each material fact implicated by Plaintiff's claims, there is no genuine issue in dispute, and summary judgment is warranted as a matter of law.
