OPINION AND ORDER: Petitioner Sonera Holding B.V. (Sonera) seeks confirmation of a foreign arbitral award. Respondent Cukurova Holding A.S. (Cukurova) resists confirmation, citing the absence of personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, and irregu larities in the Swiss arbitration. For the following reasons, Sonera's December 6, 2011 petition to confirm the Final Award is granted. Sonera shall submit a proposed judgment no later than September 17, 2012.
