ORDER denying 12 Motion for Default Judgment. The motion for default judgment as to the A&R Defendants (D.E. 12) is DENIED with leave to refile once the claims in this litigation against the Marzan Estate are resolved. Pursuant to the Court's direction at the September 18, 2012 hearing, the parties must submit a proposed case management plan no later than a week after the date of this order.
