Filing 7 ORDER TO AMEND: The Court grants Plaintiffs request to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk of Court is directed to assign this matter to my docket. Plaintiff's Application for the Court to Request Counsel and Motion to Order Surgery are denied without prejudice.
