OPINION AND ORDER re: 43 MOTION for Summary Judgment of Invalidity for Indefiniteness, filed by Microsoft Corporation. Also, before the Court are the parties' submissions related to the Markman hearing that took place on January 22, 201 3. At this hearing, the Court also heard oral arguments on the present motion. For the following reasons, the motion is granted. Microsoft's motion for summary judgment is granted. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close the motion (Doc. No. 43) and the case.
