Filing 68 OPINION AND ORDER re: 43 MOTION for Summary Judgment of Invalidity for Indefiniteness, filed by Microsoft Corporation. Also, before the Court are the parties' submissions related to the Markman hearing that took place on January 22, 201 3. At this hearing, the Court also heard oral arguments on the present motion.
