December 1, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 61 OPINION AND ORDER: re: 39 MOTION for Release of Funds /Turnover. filed by VFS Financing, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, VFS is entitled to a turnover order with respect to Fox's cash management account at Merrill Lynch. However, V FS is not entitled to a turnover order for Fox's SRA/IRA retirement account, except insofar as contributions were made into that account after January 12, 2012, 90 days before this lawsuit was filed. VFS is directed to confer promptly with couns el for Fox, and to inform the Court, by letter due within two weeks of this decision, whether the parties agree on the amount of any such contributions to the SRA/IRA retirement account; and/or whether it, Fox, or both parties seek discovery on this point.
