OPINION & ORDER re: 25 MOTION for an Order Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 filed by Talib Alsaifullah, 29 MOTION to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Medical Director Genovese, Superintendent Heath, Nurse Administrator Furco. For the reasons set forth above, Defendants' motion to dismiss the Complaint in its entirety is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate these motions (Docs. 25, 29), to mail a copy of this Opinion and Order to Plaintiff, and to close this ca se. Furthermore, the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Opinion and Order would not be taken in good faith; therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purposes of an appeal.
