OPINION AND ORDER re: 7 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Schneider Advanced Technologies, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, defendants' motion as to claims three, four, five, and six is granted. Claim six is dismissed with prejudice. Claims three, fou r, and five are dismissed with leave to amend. Defendants' motion as to claims one, two, and seven is denied. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this motion [Docket No. 7]. Any amended Complaint must be filed within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order.
