OPINION AND ORDER. The Court therefore finds that counsel has violated Rule 11 by making factual allegations that are utterly lacking in support, Kiobel, 592 F.3d at 81, and that sanctions must be imposed. 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4(c)(2).
