MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons stated above, the appeals of the MSF Brokers and the Ad Hoc Committee of Brokers are statutorily and equitably moot. Accordingly, the bankruptcy court's order approving the Sale Motion is hereby affirm ed. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate as moot any outstanding motions and to close these cases (Dkt.
