Filing 45 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION re: 31 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Bank Of America Inc. Plaintiffs Title VII and NYSHRL claims against Defendant for (a) discrimination on the basis of national origin, and (b) discriminatory hostile work environment are dismissed without prejudice. Defendant's motion for summary judgment (Dkt. 31) is granted with respect to Plaintiffs remaining Title VII and NYSHRL claims for retaliation and retaliatory hostile work environment, and those claims are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
