Based upon the conclusions set forth in this Opinion and Order, the Facebook Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted in part on the grounds of standing and ripeness, and the Derivative Plaintiffs' complaints are dismisse d. Having dismissed the complaints, Plaintiffs' motions to remand are denied as moot. Derivative Plaintiffs are granted leave to replead within twenty days. (Signed by Judge Robert W.
