Any pleading that contains Confidential Information, including the Debtors' Motion and Memorandum of Law in Support of Their Request for an Order in Aid of an Asset Sale Pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Motion") and the Objection to the Debtors' Motion and Memorandum of Law in Support of Their Request for an Order in Aid of an Asset Sale Pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Objection"), shall be filed under seal. 2. The unredacted version of any pleadings filed pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Order shall remain under seal and confidential and shall not be made available to anyone, other than as provided for in paragraph 3 of this Order, without the consent of both Apple and Kodak or without further order of the Court. 3. The unredacted version of any pleading filed under seal pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Order shall be made available only to the Court, counsel to Kodak at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP, counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP and Togut, Segal & Segal LLP, counsel to the ad hoc committee of second lien noteholders at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and counsel for Citigroup North America, Inc., in its capacity as DIP Agent, at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. 4. The terms and conditions of this Order shall be immediately effective and enforceable upon its entry. 5.
