Filing 57 OPINION AND ORDER re: 33 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by New York and Presbyterian Hospital, Inc. For the reasons stated above, Defendant's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Specifically, Plaintiffs' ; retaliation claims are dismissed, but Plaintiffs' unpaid wage and overtime claims survive. The parties are reminded that their Joint Pretrial Order and all related filings required by the Court's Individual Rules and Practices for Civil C ases must be submitted within thirty days. (Docket No. 13). The parties should be prepared to go to trial approximately two weeks thereafter. The parties shall immediately advise the Court by joint letter if they are interested in a referral to the assigned Magistrate Judge for purposes of settlement.
