September 15, 2014	Filing 87 AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: This Order amends the Memorandum Opinion and Order entered on September 4, 2014 to correct an error brought to the Court's attention by defendant GM. (See docket entry no. 85.) The amendment corrects an erro r in the second complete sentence of page 17 of the slip opinion the Court had omitted the word "not." Other minor typographical errors are also corrected. For the reasons set forth within, the Amended Complaint is dismissed with prejudice in its entirety. This order resolves docket entry numbers 57 and 61. The Clerk of the Court is requested to enter judgment dismissing the Amended Complaint and close this case. SO ORDERED.
