OPINION & ORDER re: 6 MOTION to Dismiss. filed by Ringside, Inc., Ral, LLC, Combat Brands, LLC. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to transfer venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C., Section 1404(a) is granted. The motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is denied without prejudice.
