OPINION AND ORDER re: 18 MOTION to Dismiss the Amended Complaint and Cross-Claim filed by Rachel Willgoos. For the reasons set forth above, Willgoos' motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint and the Municipal Defendants' cross-claim is GRANTED. Accordingly, the only remaining Defendants in this case are the Municipal Defendants, i.e., Officer Angel Garcia, Officer Donald Peters, Detective Timothy Tausz, and the Town of Yorktown. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed t o terminate the motion, Doc. 18. The remaining parties are directed to appear for a conference on this matter on Friday, January 24, 2014 at 3:00 pm., ( Status Conference set for 1/24/2014 at 03:00 PM before Judge Edgardo Ramos.)
