MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 1 MOTION TO WITHDRAW THE BANKRUPTCY REFERENCE. Bankruptcy Court Case Numbers: 10-2224A, 08-B-10152 (SHL), filed by Rexel, Inc. Defendant Southern Electric Supply Company, Inc., doing business as Southland Electrica l Supply Company ("Southland"), moves, pursuant to Section 157( d) of Title 28 of the United States Code, to withdraw the reference of this adverse proceeding to the Bankruptcy Court. For the reasons set forth below, this motion is DENIED w ithout prejudice to renewal at the appropriate time. For the reasons set forth herein, the motion to withdraw the reference (Docket No. 1) is denied without prejudice to renewal once the case is ready for trial. (Signed by Judge Jesse M.
