GIA is directed to deliver the 3.08 Diamond to JKD. 3. JKD is directed to pay the sum of seventy five thousand dollars (US$75,000.00) to YTK's counsel upon GIA's delivery of the 3.08 Diamond to JKD. 4. The Default Judgment against YTK in this action shall be vacated. 5. The Action shall be dismissed with prejudice, with each Party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees; 6.
