Filing 26 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 23 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. For the reasons stated herein, the motion to dismiss (Docket No. 23) is granted. The Clerk shall enter judgment for the defendant. Counsel for defendant is directed to sup ply plaintiff with copies of all reported decisions cited herein.
