March 5, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 46 ORDER FOR COSTS AND ATTORNEYS FEES: Plaintiffs GERALD CELENTE ("Mr. Celente") and THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE d/b/a THE TRENDS RESEARCH INSTITUTE (collectively "Plaintiffs"), having moved against Defendants David Chekroun ("Chekroun") and John Does 1 through 10 (collectively "Blog Defendants") for a Default Judgment and Permanent Injunction permanently restraining Chekroun from infringing the GERALD CELENTE mark and otherwise impersonating Mr. Celente; and the order to show cause having explicitly placed defendant on notice of a request for attorneys fees and providing an opportunity to be heard (see Order of Jan. 16, 2013). The Court having issued an Order of Default Judgment and Permanent Injunction against Chekroun (the "Default Judgment") on February 26, 2013; and THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs are awarded attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $87,124.61 as against Chekroun.
