Filing 26 OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons in this Opinion and Order, the Court grants summary judgment in favor of Defendant as to those claims addressed by the IHO and SRO. The Court denies summary judgment as to both parties on the broader issue of whethe r the overall IEP denied L.M. a FAPE, and remands this matter to the IHO to complete her review of Plaintiffs' claims, consistent with the foregoing discussion. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Docket Entries 11 and 15, and to mark the case as closed. re: 15 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by The New York City Department of Education, 11 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by N.M., J.M.
