For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff's Labor Law § 200 claims and Labor Law § 241(6) claims based upon Industrial Code§§ 23-1.16, 23-1.17, 23-1.19, 23-1.22, 23-1.3, 23-2.5 and DENIED with respect to all other Claims. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is DENIED. The clerk of the Court is instructed close these motions and remove them from my docket. SO ORDERED.
