October 21, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 22 MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting 14 Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff Meng-Lin Liu brings this action under the Anti-Retaliation Provision of the Dodd-Frank Act. Defendant Siemens A. G. moves to dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). For th e reasons herein, Siemens' motion is granted.
