OPINION AND ORDER: Accordingly, for the foregoing reasons, the Court herebyconfirms its additional preliminary injunction ruling issued onApril 19, 2013. The Court thus declines to enjoin Kangadis fromselling refined olive oil as "100% Pure Olive Oil," orders Kangadisto provide reasonable notice to potential consumers of its pastmislabeling of Pomace as set forth in the April 19 injunction, andorders NAOOA to post a $10,000 bond not later than April 24, 2013.
