OPINION & ORDER re: 14 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by International Freight Services, Inc., 23 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Mediterranean Shipping Company (USA) Inc. I have considered the parties' remaining arguments and find t hem meritless. For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment against Defendant for demurrage charges in the amount of $66,192.30 plus interest calculated at the average 4-Week Treasury Bill rate for the period between December 4, 2012 and the date of judgment, and in the amount of $7,469.10 for attorneys' fees and costs.
