MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 125 MOTION for Judgment as a Matter of Law or in the Alternative for New Trial and/or Amended Judgment Pursuant to Rule 59, filed by Hilton Worldwide, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Hilton's mo tion for a judgment as a matter of law and for a new trial are denied. Hilton's motion for an amended judgment is granted in part, and the jury's back pay award is accordingly reduced to $232,000. This Memorandum Opinion and Order resolves docket entry no. 125.
