Filing 76 OPINION AND ORDER re: 24 MOTION to Dismiss Amended Complaint. For the reasons explained above, Defendants motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and the SAC is dismissed in its entirety. In addition, Plaintiff is barred from filing future actions relating to her employment by the DOHMH, the termination of her employment, and her failure to be re-hired by the City of New York without first obtaining from the Court leave to file.
