The Court awards $296,059.13 in fees from Spears & Imes, which is calculated by multiplying each person's reasonable rate by his or her share of the 1,031.65 hours, as outlined above. It further awards $60,433.00 in fees from Fross Zelnick which is calculated by multiplying each person's reasonable rate by his or her share of the 129.2 hours, as outlined above.
