Filing 11 OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Judge Glenn's March 21, 2013 order is affirmed. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case and to refuse all future filings by Truong, in this or in any future lawsuit, unless accompanied by a C ourt order granting Truong permission to so file. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Orderwould not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). (Signed by Judge Paul A. Engelmayer on 11/25/2013) (djc) |
