OPINION AND ORDER re: 24 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Carolyn W. Colvin, 11 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Diane Barnwell. Accordingly, for all the foregoing reasons, plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings in granted (Docket Item 11), and the Commissioner's cross-motion is denied (Docket Item 24) The case is remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
