OPINION re: 22 MOTION to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint filed by Lois Lerner, 6 MOTION to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint filed by Ryan, Ashcroft, 19 MOTION for Jay Goldberg, Jay Goldberg P.C. to Withd raw as Attorney filed by Selim Sam Zherka. As set forth within. defendant Lerner's motion to dismiss is granted in its entirety. Defendants Ryan and Ashcroft's motion to dismiss is denied in its entirety.
