OPINION AND ORDER: Thus, supplemental responses to Allah's requests for admissions are DENIED. Thus, Allah's request for document production is DENIED. Defendants filed a letter on December 16, 2016, informing the Court of an issue in obtai ning all of Allah's medical records. (Doc. No. 140.) However, the letter does not seek any redress from the Court. Additionally, Allah has not recently informed the Court of any other issues with discovery production. Because there are no other discovery disputes pending, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Parties submit a joint status report on or before February 2, 2017, informing the Court of any anticipated pretrial motions. ORDER for 102 Report and Recommendations. Having received no objection to Magistrate Judge Ronald Ellis' November 15, 2015 report and recommendation, the Court reviewed the recommendation and found no "clear error on the face of the record." Walker v. Vaughn, 216 F. Supp. 2d 290, 292 (S.D.N.Y. 2002) (quoting Urena v. New York, 160 F. Supp. 2d 606, 609-10 (S.D.N.Y. 2001)) (internal quotation marks omitted). Accordingly, the Court accepts and adopts the thorough and well-r easoned report and recommendation, denying Defendants' request to dismiss the action in its entirety pursuant to Rule 41 (b).
