OPINION & ORDER re: 26 MOTION to Dismiss . filed by the Fideicomiso AGD-CFN No Mas Impunidad, Corporacion Financiera Nacional, The Republic of Ecuador. For the reasons above, the Court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction and GRANTS Defendants' motion to dismiss under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1), with prejudice. In the alternative, venue is improper in this District and the Court GRANTS Defendants' motion to dismiss under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(3), with prejudice.
