OPINION AND ORDER re: 61 MOTION to Dismiss the Fourth Amended Complaint, filed by Darden Restaurants, Inc., GMRI, Inc., Darden Concepts, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss the FAC is GRANTED in full and Plaintiff's motion to amend the FAC is DENIED.
