MEMORANDUM AND OPINION re: 57 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Barclays Bank PLC, Barclays Capital, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to Garcia's causes of actio n under Title VII, NYSHRL, Section 1981, the EPA, and NYLL; in light of the fact that I have dismissed all claims over which I had original jurisdiction, I decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's cause of action under N YCHRL and thus Garcia's claims under the NYCHRL are dismissed without prejudice to refiling in state court.
