Filing 47 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 30 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Nancy Barry, New York City Police Deptartment, Daniel Herbert, Richard J Khalaf, Raymond Kelly, Damian Garcia, "John" Bello, City of New Y ork: For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' summary judgment motion is granted with respect to Guzman's claims under Title VII (as amended by the PDA), the NYSHRL, and §§ 1981 and 1983, and those claims are dismissed with prejud ice. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Guzman's claims under the NYCHRL and dismisses those claims without prejudice.
