Mogula, Zayda Natal, The City of New York, Raymond Kelly, Ronald Pereira: For the foregoing reasons, the Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted. Kanderskaya's claims against Kelly are dismissed with prejudice. Her federal claims against Pereira, Natal, Mogula, and the City are dismissed with prejudice and her state law claims against those defendants are dismissed without prejudice.
