MEMORANDUM & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the orders of the bankruptcy courts (Dkts. No. 982, 991 and 994, Case No. 09-10769 (Bankr. S.D.N.Y.)), and Dkt. No. 682, Case No. 12-13774 (Bankr. S.D.N.Y.)) are AFFIRMED, and the appeals are dismissed . The Clerk is directed to close the case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
