For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Specifically, Defendants' moti on for summary judgment is granted with respect to: (1) Plaintiff's discrimination claims brought under Title VII, the ADEA, § 1981, and the NYSHRL; (2) Plaintiff's retaliation claims; and (3) Plaintiff's hostile work environme nt claims against the individual Defendants brought under Title VII and the ADEA. Defendants' motion for summary judgment is denied with respect to: (1) Plaintiff's discrimination claims brought under the NYCHRL; (2) Plaintiff's hos tile work environment claims brought under Title VII, the ADEA, § 1981, the NYSHRL, and the NYCHRL against the corporate Defendants; and (3) Plaintiff's hostile work environment claims brought under § 1981, the NYSHRL, and the NYCHRL against the individual Defendants. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the open motion at Document 115. A pretrial conference will be held at 4:00 p.m. on August 30, 2018, at which the parties should be prepared to discuss potential trial dates.
