MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 20 MOTION to Dismiss Complaint filed by OM Log (USA) Inc., 39 MOTION to Dismiss Amended Complaint filed by OM Log (USA) Inc. OM Log's motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint is grant ed in its entirety. Plaintiff's claims against OM Log are dismissed without prejudice to the filing of a motion to amend supported by proper factual allegations consistent with Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
