OPINION AND ORDER re: 22 MOTION to Dismiss Complaint. filed by BlueCrest Capital Management (New York) L.P., BlueCrest Capital International Master Fund Limited, BlueCrest Capital Management Limited. For the reasons herein, IT IS H EREBY ORDERED THAT Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED with respect to First Hill's fraud/fraudulent inducement and conversion claims and DENIED with respect to First Hill's unjust enrichment and tortious interference claims. In o rder to set a discovery schedule, the parties shall jointly submit a proposed case management plan no later than October 8, 2014.
