MEMORANDUM & ORDER re: 9 MOTION to Dismiss. CONCLUSION: For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion to dismiss the Complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiff's FDCPA claim is dismissed under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), and the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the New York Judiciary Law claim.
